It not easy to be a positive person all the time,
sometimes even the most positive people have a difficult days and a negative
thoughts from time to time. However when they encounter these difficult circumstances
they tend to see them through a positive perspective that makes them patients,
optimists and able to find out the solutions. Their positive thinking let them focus
on the good and ignoring the bad, and we all agree that the positive thinking
brings good results and negative thinking brings bad results. In this article,
I will give you some tips that can help you to become a positive person as it
did for me.
Avoid Negative Influences
In order of focusing on positivity you should avoid the
negativity that will drag you down, and you have to learn to keep away from
negative influences in your life. But what
are these influences and how can you avoid them?
Newspaper and News TV
Try to avoid reading newspapers and watching news TV that
related war, accidents murder, and all the negative information that can make
you feel negative and powerless, moreover this news can be hazardous to your
health.
Your Environment
It hard to stay positive in a negative environment ,
no matter what is your circumstances you need to do what is better for you.
Don’t Live On The Past
I don’t have words better than these “I don’t live in
either my past or my future. I’m interested only in the present. If you can
concentrate always on the present, you’ll be a happy man. Life will be a party
for you, a grand festival, because life is the moment we’re living now.” Paulo
Coelho
Replace Negative Thoughts with Positive
One
First of all you have to know that negative thoughts
that attack our mind and make us depressed and pessimistic, it is not coming
from outside but from within. So you should deal seriously with these negative thoughts,
because you are in control of your
thoughts if you are thinking negative you can changing it anytime by thinking about something
positive in your life, every morning look at yourself in the mirror and think
about some things qualities you have , then say some things positive to
yourself and repeat them often , use statements such as “I am positive person”
“I am confident person” “I am able to do anything ” “ I can and I will” …..
“Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habit.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.”
Lao Tzu
Focus On What You Have Not What You
Don't Have
Think about this quotes “If you constantly focus on
what you don’t have, you will never fully appreciate what you do have.”Sharron
Scott
This is true , we can’t live as others live everyone
has his share in life, so stop comparing your life to others ,focus on what you have not what you don’t
have or what others have , look around
you will find someone thinks about what you own. Try to get used to appreciate what
you have, may you want what someone else has, but someone wishes to have what
you have too.
Don’t Compare Yourself to Others
As I said already if you want to be a positive person you
should avoid to comparing yourself to others because this comparing often leads
to thinking of yourself as inferior, and as a result it will be so easy to sink
into negativity. If you want to compare compare yourself to yourself (how you
were in the past and how you are now)
Negative people certainly have a negative effect on
the people around them, so when you are surrounded by negative people, depressed
and unhappy people it is so easy to sink into negative thoughts, these people
will involve you in their problems, will drain your energy, confidence and
self-esteem.and in the end will make you frustrated. In other side, positive
people will make you feel satisfied about yoursel , optimist, more positive and
will inspire you to more success and creativity .
Smile, Smile, Smile……
Whenever you feel down, try to smile and there is a
good chance to increase your positive thinking for the rest of your day. Smiling
plays a very important role in maintaining and improving your health, both
physically and emotionally. So try to smile as much as you can and you would
benefit a lot from it.
Smiling makes you feel good.
Smiling makes you happier.
Smiling makes you live longer.
Smiling makes you more attractive.
Smiling makes you look more confident and comfortable.
Smiling can reduce stress.
Smiling can lower blood pressure.
So there is no reason to tell you not to smile,
…… smile….. Smile….. Smile……. Smile…..smile…smile…….
Don't forget to share it with your friends if you like it .
